Super yummy and simple. Frozen blackberries. A frozen banana. A spoonful of coconut oil mixed with water and chia seeds (let it soak for about 15 minutes). And some rice milk. The milk can be substituted though if you have another preferred milk. All the ingredients go into your blender or your vita mix and you let it mix for a minute or so.
And BAM there we go – a vitamin booster of a smoothie as blackberries are incredibly rich in vitamin C and pectin – which is a soluble dietary fibre.
